How to change default capital for country in Age of Civilizations 2?

So, I'm playing Germany and I want to change it DEFAULT capital from Berlin to Munich. I mean, every time i open the game, the capital is Munich as default.

How can I do that?

you have to go to the main menu, click on "Editor" then on "create a scenario" then you choose the scenario where you want to change the capital, then you choose the country you want to change the capital, then u click on the city u want and select "change capital" then u click on "next" two times and then on "save" and its done 😉

im pretty sure you need to change the games files so germany's default capital is munich

there are two cities in one province. And i want to change to another city in that province

Well, if anybody read that:

go to AOCII/map/Earth/suggested_owners

Select the id province you want ( like 265) and write: Ger( the tag of the civ. you want);1870(the year since this is the capital of the civ.). So it looks like this : Ger;1870;
