Game loading problem. Can't make next move. Help me please.

Hello. Today, when I logged into the game, I ran into the following problem. When loading the world, the game crashes into the menu. When reloading the world, it is impossible to make the next move in the game (the button is simply not pressed), the diplomacy window does not open, and by clicking on some kind of notification, the game starts to flicker. What's the matter? I have Windows 7 64-bit. Everything was perfect until today. Help me please.

You may need to delete the game and re-install it from your computer,i had the same problem and it worked for me

I already reinstalled the game - the save still does not work. Maybe it's because I have a licensed version of Steam?
