Help with work on a map ?

Greetings, so i got a problem of trying to open my map in map editor. Map editor does nothing and i kinda really want to work on the map. So any advice or help with it will be appreciated.

Here are some images to show how it might look like. Some continents might be removed, probably the one under Harad and the big one in the east, but Valinor wont be added. I also colored the forest provinces and mountain ones in their colors to lay out their actual spots in the map, notably Mirkwood and Mordor.

Here's second version of the map. You can tell me which version seems better too, or better to be used. Of course, like i said before, i would really appreciate any advice or help with this.
