Load Game button crash

When I click the "Load game" button, AoC II turns off. Is it possible to fix it somehow?

I have exactly the same problem ! the game was working very well when suddently it crashed. Now when I click on "load game" the game closes...

1 - the same happened to me, like Matt14. i already, uninstalled and install the game. not resolve.

2 - exit the "steam" and come, login,  with other account and do the same. not resolve.

3 - i try my account in other PC and work perfect, only i don´t see my really "Load Games". offcourse.

So, the problem is with "System Operation"(W10) after the crash.

and i will not install SO again.

 

i need help, or the game goes trash

give my money back

There is a very simple fix.
Go to C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Age of Civilizations II/saves/games/Earth/ and delete everything. You'll lose all your saves but you'll be able to play again.
The game crashes when you click load because you have a save with 1k turns or more.

The very simple fix does not work. I tried it and the only think it does is that now I cannot open the game.
