How to install map scale 3 to a mod

Hello. I was wondering if any of you know how to put map scale 3 on a mod that doesn't have it. For example, I have the mod Sieg Edition here but i cant play it (my phone is garbage and i dont have a computer) because it only has Map scale 1 & 5. I wanna play Sieg Edition so bad so pls help me
