How can I change the flags by ideology?

In recent days I have been very interested in this topic, I have not been able to find an optimal way to change the flags by ideology, I do not understand the game files well since I am used to the Victoria 2 files.

I want to change the flag of Communist Argentina, how do I do it?

Go to game/flagsH folder and check if there is a arg_c flag there (arg is the argentina tag, and _c is the communist ideology tag), if there's not copy+paste the arg flag and rename the copy to arg_c. Open the image, edit and save. Finally, resize the image to 27x18 and save in game/flags folder with the same name (arg_c).

Si ya creaste la civilización en el editor del juego, simplemente ve a Age of History 2\game\civilizations_editor y luego busca tu civilización y cámbiala con el programa que quieras (photoshop, adobe e incluso pintura).
