Provinces files to mapAoC2_v2.txt, how?

Open the game, go to Editor ->Map Editor - > choice the map -> Edit Connections And Provinces -> click Q.
MAP_POINTS file will appear inside "Map\map name" folder. Open the file with notepad. Then just copy and paste in mapAoC2_v2.txt.
