Avatar: The Last Airbender map

"Low-effort" project of Avatar The last Airbender map. Should work just fine, there are bunch of scenarios but none of them have events.

Some credits to the HOI4 mod makers, because I stole Background from them, as well as the political map which is 100% copied (as for 5 BG)
