HOI4 Mod Focused on Weak countries

Unlike other Hoi4 mods this is focused on weak nations like Albania,Ethiopia and more

Countries will have focus tree like in hoi4 by 

The weak countries will be buffed a lot 

Currently I am working on a Ethiopian focus tree
