In AOH2, we were able to create a nation (that would be our vassal) and give them some specific territories, and we could create it clicking the button. My question is, will there be anything similar to that in AOH3? (Create a dominion/colony governorate without having to create it before playing a scenario, and with any country)
For example, I was playing with Czechoslovakia and took north Africa, and then I created Dominion of North Africa
