How to make that square thing so that i don't have to click or brush every province one by one?

I'm tired of clicking or brushing every province and i saw that on youtube Lukasz can easily pick everything by making that square thing but I don't know how to do that please tell me

Thanks, i just realize my mouse middle button is broken that's why I'm having hard time doing this
