Characters are not being added

I have a problem with adding new advisors/ministers and generals. In Mods/name_my_mod/game/character I added characters and portraits for them,

but in Mods/name_my_mod/map/Earth3/scenarios/ModernWorld/Character.json I added all the characters, but in the game they are still not there. I have reread the FAQ guide several times

You are missing 's' in the name of the folder

Read this file:
game/_FAQ/Error_reading_json_file.txt

this might be the error

I renamed the folder correctly, but the advisors and generals still didn't show up

Łukasz percebi que nenhum General e Conselheiro que eu fiz é te mandei, nenhum está no jogo. Poderia me dizer o porque?

Is your .json file and the image file the same name? because if it's the same it won't work

Yes, I had that problem, but I fixed it, but the generals and ministers were not added
