Minimap doesn't render

Im playing on a Mac OS (Macbook Air M1 2020) version of the game and a minimap is just a blank navy color. It does work, because after clicking it teleports me to the certain region, but it doesn't render the overview of the world. It happens regardless of the scenario/campaign.

Also when the game is zoomed out to the whole world, its reeally laggy. I tried changing settings, as recommended in the "How to Improve Game Performance" thread, but it does not help.

Unfortunately closing and reopening didn't help
