Баг с колонизацией провинций / A bug with the colonization of provinces

Я играл за племя и колонизировал соседние провинции. В какай то момент понял что могу колонизировать абсолютно все провинции в независимости от расстояния. ( За другие страны по типу Англии не пробовал испытать этот баг) / played for a tribe and colonized neighboring provinces. At some point, I realized that I could colonize absolutely all provinces, regardless of distance. (I have not tried to test this bug for other countries like England)
