how to add new console commands or modify existing command like "nuke"?

i'm trying to modify console commands in gv_console.json, and existing console rewards like CONSOLE_GOLD or CONSOLE_LEGACY working,
but when im trying to add line in rewards: CONSOLE_NUKE: 10
or create own console command: CONSOLE_COMMAND_RESEARCH: "research"
CONSOLE_RESEARCH: 500

ingame all console commands won't work
