Wars and vassals

1- when i declare war or get declared war . I only can get lands and other features from main enemy of the war not from their vassals or allies 

 

2- I declared war to a country and called my vassals . Unfortunately one of the my vassals accutaly allied the country (after I vassalized) and he fought against me when I defeated the country i lost my vassal because I can't sign peace deal with him instead only main country
