Uhm, startup shouldn't be doing this

So, I wanted to install this game on my laptop. However, it gave me various errors.

 

When launching the "Play Age of History 3" option, I get (Failed to start process for this game : "the operation completed successfully" [0x0])

When launching the "AoH3 - Run as EXE File" option, I get (Failed to start process for this game : "Operation did not complete successfully because the file contains a virus or potentially unwanted software" [0xE1])

Any fix?
