How to add more government than characters on your keyboard! (AoH2 and AoH3)

if you run out of letters (you can add 26 ideologies and more due to other characters, such as !@#$%^&* why do you need that many?! lets get to it though)

• Use supported Unicode characters
  • You can use many characters, tens of thousands, though many if not a majority are unsupported
  • Wikipedia has a list of Unicode characters here.
• Use letters from other alphabets
  • Simply doing this allows you to have way more governments as the Cyrillic alphabet is supported!
  • Wikipedia has a list you can see here
• Enable case sensitivity (Wont upload on steam if you do this!)
  • I highly support you refrain from doing this as it will have to make the person downloading the mod will have to do many complicated steps but almost doubles the ideology count!
  • This basically allows you to make tag_P and tag_p different ideologies
  • Guide from microsoft. MAKE SURE TO GIVE THIS TO THE DOWNLOADER
