How to give a nation a different name depending on Ideology

If what I said doesn't make sense what I mean is how when the Netherlands is a Democracy its called the Dutch Republic. I just want to know how to do this

Go to Game-->languages-->civilizations

Open "Bundle_Properties" (english language)

Press Ctrl + F and search the civilization tag (Netherlands = NET)

Now, edit the "Dutch Republic" to "Netherlands".
