lorenzzorzt 1 Posted September 10, 2019 well in AOC2 If you occupied you cant recruit because that zone is not of your country its just occupied so the military forces dont have any respect with you (the leader of the country) then he dont want to be recruited and you cant recruit . Anonymousss 14 Posted October 20, 2019 If you occupied them, and are still at war, you cannot recruit because technically that province is not officially part of your country, meaning you cannot recruit on occupied territory.
