HOW CAN I GET RID OF THE REBELS

hello. I have a problem. I started a match being Castile in 1440 and i conquered western europe and great part of southern and northen america. Some time later, i started to have problems with stability and rebelions.  i tried to stabilisate the provinces by making festivals and those things but it didnt work. Most of my provinces are with 1.0% of stability and i cant fix that. How do i do it?

My friend, the festivals are to improve Happiness, not stability! To increase the stability you have to go to the map of Province Stability and put the maximum days as possible, that are 50. You have to pay gold, but it is very useful.
