So I bought this game for Android a few weeks ago and started a few games and got quite far in them, I was first experiencing the problem of not being able to save, I could go to save and it'd come up in the top corner, but on the next round it just.. didn't.
However, now I have another problem of simply not being able to open old saves; it literally freezes when I try to. The game then crashes.
I've tried pretty much everything, uninstalling and reinstalling, emailing whoever I can think of who could be if help, deleting other games, deleting old saves. I have no clue how to fix this and it means I cannot play the game at all. If there's no help then how do I get a refund.
