With the new ethnic problems in Asia and Africa, there is no more nations with a stable economy and centrist alliance ask to Petrograd alliance to limits funding of political groups in their occupied areas. This turn in a serious tension even if there is always coalition and even South Alliance still neutral without interve as mediator against this funding problem.
