TimDee58 36 Posted January 28, 2019 (edited) I've played this a lot and I believe that Cordoba is incredibly overpowered, they always dominate the world in less than 1000 turns (often a LOT less). (I have AI aggression at 250% and colonise wastelands only, also colonise neutrals too) Other than that I stand by my earlier comments, that this is by far the best mod / scenario that I've played.
