If i want to make England, France, Castilla/Spain, Holland, Portugal and Italy eligible for this event all at the same time, what should i do? This is troubling me since i want to have events for, for example, Ottomans controlling a part of HRE triggering whoever the emperor is at the time to do a certain thing.
