Age of Civilizations II does not open

Hello! I bought the game on March 4, 2020, my computer was supposed to run the game smoothly, when I press the start the message appears, `Preparing to start Age Of Civilazations II ´ and unfortunately it does not come in, I already disabled the antivirus and nothing :( please help me!

bruh go and write if game randomly shut down on age of civlization 2 helps there your answer

first press ctrl alt delete same time after choose task manager choose steam end task after open steam again if not work do 3-4 times if not do anything IDK
