I had a 100k fleet ready to strike that was sitting on an ally territorie, then I saved the game and on the other day when I came back the troops belonged to my ally now. Is that a bug or a feature? If it is a feature i got to say, what a terrible one.

P.S.: Sorry about my english if it was wrong at any point.
