Can't do anything

When I try to press the next turn button nothing happens, also I can't build any building. The only thing I can do is recruit troops.

I tried to uninstall the game but i can't do that neither. Is this a bug? Or am I the only one with the problem

restart the pc after doit again if not happen anything idk

first bruh if nosing happen you think first delete  steam after write add or remove program after write steam click unistanll after go to the folder name this pc after go file name 86x after find steam folder deleted if not deleting restart your computer do it again if this not work idk
