A problem with dysentry

So i've started playing AoE II and my country has an illness which is dysentry, how do i get rid of it?

1. you cant as there is no vaccines or cures in the game
2. but if you really want to get rid of it you can always just go in the game files and delete it

I meant not get rid of it from game, but i found out that i just need to make my research higher
