there are too small provinces to invade in oceania

Someone could help me, I'm at war with the USA and it has a province in Oceania but it won't let me attack it, I think it's because of the size of the island

You probably dont have a port from where you are trying to invade, if you do, then try to peace out with them, you dont need 100% of their land and that island is probably not worth anything
