While playing the game, I learned that the scenarios were misjudged by countries for balance. So I'm trying to create a new modern scenario that takes into account the real population and the economy, but I can't edit the population and the economy. Please help beginner.

You can't edit the base value of population or economy, but you can change it by making events to countries that make their population and economy bigger.

At the end when you change sceanrio you can change economy and population by scrolling , but it may be not right
