problem with civilizations

I have a problem I wanted to delete civilizations and I made it go into files and remove civilizations from the civilization editor I did it and now I have such strange names in place of civilization with a question mark name is something like vv8939729 and when I do not click on it the game turns off how to remove it?

If you don't know what you did then try the check the game files (if you're on pc)

Try copying one of the civilizations' folder, paste it on the same place, change the name to the original civ name, enter the game, then delete that civ inside the game, this should fix it.
