Topazstar 0 Posted September 9, 2021 One set of rebels appeared in Mezen and since have become undefeatable. They released Bjarmia & Samoyeds as two independent states and then declared peace I was able to defeat Samoyids in battle and turn it into a puppet so I think they act as regular countries. I have redeclared war on the rebels again and asked various countries to do so as well, which they have. The rebels are able to pool impossibly large armies and when I attack Mezen, my armies appear to just join them and I do not gain the land despite it saying I am victorious (see image). This doesn't occur when attacking lands that aren't Mezen . Allies don't appear to be able to defeat them either although their armies aren't absorbed. I am on Android.
