Is there any Europa4, Hoi4 background map file for vanila earth2 map?

I saw wonderful backgrounds mod for conqueror mod like europa 4 style like this.

 

But I cannot find this background mod which fit for vanilla earth2 map.

Is there any background or anyone tell me how to make custom background.

hoi4 background. found it on some mod called "sieg redux" or something like that.
