hey can someone help me? im trying to put the bloody europe's codes on the original aoh2 with the normal map,who have the link?

Idk, I just copied original AoC map and it worked well. About governments: in BE is new government config with some new settings, so game may not accept original AoC governments or based on it.

It may be boring, but anyway you can leave BE governments. If scenario hasn't any events related to governments, game will work normally. Otherwise game will break.
