Im in a union and i want to change my new union flag to the original flag and name before the union

So i just went into a union with hungary as Poland. I want to change my flag and country name back to Poland and Polish Flag. I remember that there used to be a glitch where you were able to do this but ive forgotten. So how can i do this?
