Changable Leaders? - How will the system work?

Hi Dear Jakowski;

You announced that "The rulers will die when they are old.." in one of your last posts. I understand that for some centuries like 13, 14, 15 or 16 etc, most probably there will be a "heir" system. But how will the system work for some scenarios like Modern World? To be exact, how will the system work for democratic countries? Who will be the leader after the president die? Are you planning a system something like elections?

Probably the leader system will be the hardest to implement, considering the amount of historical leaders there were for each nation throughout the ages
