I think this would make sense because: 1: Improves the trading system 2: Thanks to the food system, systems such as embargo can be added 3: As farms gain importance, this system may be a system to consider. This system will be really good. If food is not given the necessary importance and you cannot produce enough food to meet your income, you will either have to import food (which will be costly and become a foreign-dependent country) or the country's influence will rapidly decline. And the wars become even more unbearable because if you lose the provinces where you have farms, there will be rebellions in this country, etc. causes problems.
