Magnum 57 Posted January 17, 2024 In the diplomacy menu you would select the "Armed Intervention" option, then the troops could be sent, leaving a limit so that they do not send the entire army. If your country is a democracy and the war does not go well for your army for a long time, happiness, recruited soldiers, and events regarding protests and demonstrations against the war would begin to decrease. If this situation continues without great success or withdrawal from the war, there could even be uprisings or violent protests where some local buildings could be destroyed. The other forms of government would have similar effects, although they could take longer to emerge or be less severe at the beginning of the intervention. UN Peacekeeping missions When the UN is created, there would be the option to request a peace mission to support your interests. A vote would be taken, in case of failure it would not be done and you would be blocked from doing more votes for a certain period of time. In case of victory, the countries that voted yes would join as troops under the UN flag, led by the AI while you would continue to have control over your troops.
