different colors for different alliances

can we have what the title says? so we can have Blue for Allies, Grey or Black for Axis, and Red for Comintern as examples

Another idea I had for a while, is to be able to add a flag for the alliances. I've been suggesting this to some codders of the second game but they didn't do it..

My idea is to be able to type the flag's ID (or have an option to find it in-game), and it'll appear on the side of the alliance's name

We can do that in the scenario editor, but yeah, it should be possible with alliances created after starting the scenario.
And choice the name of the alliance and possibility to edit it later.
