The code is going to a massive rework! most of features will be remaded, because  i want to make a unbuggy and a better code engine, that will allow to add some features that creates bug too, also my plan is finish the new remastered code on 15~ days and after that finish the scenarios

now instead of country populations, theres nationalities like german reich core is "germans" instead of german reich

lets give a another example; the both population of south korea and north korea is "korean" and by that their cores are same and they dont need to assimilate theyselfs
