Wayne23lololh 1,645 Posted February 15, 2024 I think that the solution for AI and to prevent border gore is to have for each civilization, in each scenario, there could have a sort of predetermined territorial evolution for countries. They can win or lose provinces, by war or annexation. Like this, AI Luxembourg can't take all of Europe.
