Add provinces in France, Serbia and Fyrom

Hi Lukasz,

I may be late for this, but could you add these provinces in :

France : Split Melun and add Montargis in the south

 

 

Balkan : Slit Tetovo and add Zelino in the south, split Orhid and add Struga, and split Vrange and add Medveda in the north.

Just a little modification :

( The shape that I did is not accurate)

Pristina : Mitrovica 

Ferizaj : Gjilan

Tetovo : Zunica

Ohrid : Struga

Radovish : Strumica

Vranje : Bosilegrad

And change Pirot shape.

Some of these provinces could be for some historical scenarios.

 

 

 

 

Please consider this idea to fix this issue.
