SovietCivs : An Civilizations+ AddOn

This is a small addition to an mod called Civilizations+ (link is below) that adds +/- 100 civs that are related to the USSR (CCCP) in someway. Most of them are going to be subdivisions of the USSR ;(ASSR's, ASSO's, SSO's, SSK's and SSAO's) and it will modify some flags as well.

 

PROGRESS: +/- 95%
