AI war suggestion

Not sure if this has been suggested before, but I think AI should target nations that are within their formable.
For example if poland is trying to reunite the polish-lithuanian commonwealth, then they will target nations like ukraine, belarus, and lithuania first.

Could be easy to code in I'd imagine.
Possibly something like

if provinceisformable = true {
     than declarewar = 0.4
}

Doubt this code would actually work, but something sorta like this.
