Thank you for clarifying. Sounds logical. Then, in order for some countries to conduct diplomacy only with their neighbors, while others spread their influence over a large space, it will be necessary to introduce diplomatic distance. In theory, it could be more or less depending on technology, the political system, the level of the “embassy court” in the capital, etc.
