Wyśrodkowanie flagi ||| Zmienianie nazwy miast

1.  flagi państw w ich stolicach powinny być wyśrodkowane ponieważ jak widać niektóre flagi są poza granicami państwa.

2. Czy będziemy mogli zmieniać nazwy miast tak jak w aoh2?

Just for immersion, like in the previous game.

If I'm playing as Germany and I conquer Kaliningrad, I would rename it to Konigsberg.

good luck renaming the entire new world everytime u log on if u colonize it as a muslim country, i already saw the message displayed in the screenshot before, but i was really hoping this was no longer the case :c
