Definitely. Confusing the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics is even worse than, for example, calling Great Britain as England.

Yeah, but for a game is the same. In a history class, is important, in a game not that much. Both were two countries in his moment created with different goals, but for gaming reasons it doesn't really matter one or the other.
