A question to Lukasz: Is there a system for selling or releasing soldiers?

Can I discharge a soldier or sell them? If the unit price is, for example, 20 gold pieces, I am supposed to get 10 gold pieces in the sale. And the number of soldiers that were in the units that I sold or discharged is supposed to increase the number of reserve soldiers.
