How do air units and water combat work?

I've been wondering how exactly the air units work in this game. Will they be able to fly over water? Can land troops attack it? Do they go in their own seperate division?

I've also been wondering how combat in the water works since there's no navy. Will it behave exactly the same as it does on land? Are there even ports in this game?

I have not seen airplanes in any of Lukash's videos, but most likely they will interact in the same way as a water transport mode with each other.
Like the fact that the aquatic fights only with the aquatic. If there are units transported from land on the enemy's water transport, then you cannot attack this transport while there are regiments on it.
I know that there is an air attack: bombing with atomic bombs, but this is different.
